❓ Frequently asked questions about returns
1. What is the deadline for returning an order?
You have 14 calendar days from receiving the product to request a return. In certain special campaigns, this period may be extended and will be clearly communicated on our website.
2. Can I return something outside of that period?
Only in cases of manufacturing defect. If your product has a fault within the warranty period (3 years), we will cover the return, and the process will be completely free.
3. What if the product arrives damaged or I receive something I didn't order?
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, it is essential that you notify us within the first 24 hours of receipt. Attach clear photos of the problem so we can provide a quick and effective solution. You can contact us through our contact form or by writing directly to gestion@yoevu.es.
4. What does the warranty cover?
All our products come with a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, impacts, incorrect installation, or natural wear and tear.
5. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it by contacting us via this form.
6. Can I modify the items in an order already placed?
Once the order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified. If you need to change something, we recommend canceling it and placing a new one.
7. Can I change the delivery address?
This cannot be done from the website, but once the order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email from the transport agency with a link to modify the address or delivery schedule.
8. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will confirm it by email and process the refund within 4 to 5 business days, using the same payment method. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account will depend on your bank.
Withdrawal Policy (Returns)
At YOEVU, we comply with current regulations and accept returns of items (withdrawal) within 14 calendar days from receipt.
Not valid for companies and professionals.
Returned items must arrive in perfect condition, as they were sent, including all accessories and manuals.
The customer will receive a notification from YOEVU confirming receipt of their withdrawal request.
Once the merchandise is received and verified to be in perfect condition, the refund amount will be processed.
The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date the decision to withdraw was notified, using the same payment method used in the initial purchase.
The refund may be withheld until the goods are received and their condition is verified.
Management fees applicable to the right of withdrawal:
- €3.95 for orders under €10.
- €4.95 for orders under €30.
- €9.95 for orders over €30.
