  2. Go to the "My Orders" section.
  3. Select the order you wish to return.
  4. Click on "Request a refund" .
  5. Please indicate the product(s), the reason for the return, and confirm the request.

❓ Frequently asked questions about returns

1. What is the return period for an order?
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product to request a return. During certain special promotions, this period may be extended and will be clearly communicated on our website.

2. Can I return something outside of that period?
Only in cases of manufacturing defects . If your product fails within the warranty period (3 years), we'll cover the return, and the process will be completely free.

3. What if the product arrives damaged or I receive something I didn't order?

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, it is essential that you notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Please attach clear photos of the problem so we can provide a quick and effective solution. You can contact us through our contact form or by writing directly to gestion@yoevu.es .

4. What does the warranty cover?
All our products come with a three-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, impacts, improper installation, or natural wear and tear.

5. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it by contacting us using this form .

6. Can I modify the items in an order already placed?
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified . If you need to change anything, we recommend canceling it and placing a new order.

7. Can I change the delivery address?
This can't be done online, but once your order has left our warehouse, you'll receive an email from the shipping agency with a link to change your delivery address or schedule.

8. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we'll confirm your return via email and process the refund within 4 to 5 business days , using the same payment method. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account will depend on your bank.
