All orders over €39 have free shipping within the Iberian Peninsula. For orders under this amount, shipping costs will be automatically calculated during the checkout process based on weight, volume, and destination.

If you place your order before 1:00 PM (Monday to Friday), we will process it the same day so you receive it as soon as possible. The estimated delivery time is 24 to 48 business hours , although this may be affected by external circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, or other causes beyond our control.

It is very important that when making your purchase, you verify that the delivery address is complete and correct , and that you include a phone number so the shipping company can contact you if necessary. If the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or repeated absence from the address, you can contact us or cancel your order. In the event of cancellation, the full amount will be refunded, less the shipping costs incurred during delivery attempts .

Upon receiving your order, please carefully check the condition of the package before signing for delivery . If you notice that the package has been opened, tampered with, or damaged, do not accept it and inform the carrier, noting it on the delivery note. It's also important that you notify us within the next 24 hours so we can address the issue. Remember that if you accept a package in poor condition without leaving a record, we cannot be held responsible for any damage sustained during shipping.
